My name is Juan Diego Cozzo, I am a 19-year-old entrepreneur. My fathers’ side of the family has been in the beef industry for over 35 years now, making many contacts by networking all over the world. The Wagyu Butcher has access to the highest quality beef cuts in the world. Having a USDA-certified factory to my advantage and professional butchers all around me. You can guarantee that every single cut is authentic as listed and sliced to perfection. This business idea started because I noticed how the market is ripping people off with prices and with manipulation of products. Our goal at The Wagyu Butcher is to supply you with the best cuts of steak you have ever had for the honest price.
At the moment we carry the highest quality American & Japanese Wagyu, and Heritage-bred Berkshire pork in the market. Our line of Japanese A5 Wagyu comes directly from Hokkaido, Japan where every single one of our cows comes with a certificate of authentication with one’s order. Our American Wagyu line comes from a small farm in Missouri, United States where they have successfully achieved BMS scores of 9-12 classified as American A5 Wagyu. Last but not least, our Berkshire Pork Tomahawks are imported straight from England the homeland of the Berkshire “Kurobuta” Pork.
